Contact us at corrina@sumkidslimavady.co.uk. Ask to speak privately and explain that your message is a safeguarding concern. Messages are not monitored continuously. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
Our safeguarding policy
The centre's current safeguarding policy is available on request. Ask about staff checks, supervision, collection arrangements and how a concern will be handled. The website is not an emergency reporting service.
Using the workspace
The workspace is accessible to Sumkids staff only. Parents and pupils do not have accounts. We send approved learning updates to verified family contacts through private email links.
Photography
Separate permissions apply to photographs and recordings. Children can tell a tutor if they do not want their picture taken. Permission should never prevent a child from expressing discomfort.
