Keyboard and screen readers
Use Tab to move between links and controls. A skip link takes you to the main content. Fields have labels, choices can be made with the keyboard and status messages are announced through a polite live region. Decorative artwork such as the balloons and bunting is hidden from screen readers.
Text, colour and motion
Your browser's zoom controls can enlarge text. Information is described in words rather than colour alone, and every control meets the minimum target size. Animation, including the floating balloons, the drifting confetti and the moving photo strip, stops when your device asks for reduced motion.
Another way to complete a form
If a form or website feature is difficult to use, contact us through our contact page or by email. Ask for help or for information in another format. You can arrange paper forms.
