What do we keep?
We keep your name, the work your tutor gives you, your answers and your results. Your family may also share information to help keep you safe at lessons.
Who can see it?
We see the information needed to help you learn and stay safe. We send approved learning updates to your authorised parent or guardian through private links. Other pupils cannot see your records.
Do I need a login?
No. Only Sumkids staff use the workspace. Families receive private updates by email. If you need help or want to know about your information, ask us or a trusted adult.
What about photos?
Photographs are optional. You can say you do not want to be photographed. Tell us or a trusted adult if something makes you uncomfortable, even if permission was given before.
Need help or want something changed?
You can ask what we know about you, tell us if it is wrong and ask us to stop using it. Ask your tutor or contact us. We will explain what we can do in words you understand.
